To ensure freshness, we produce our tallow in small batches. We will process and ship all orders within one week of ordering.

Returns

If your tallow jar is damaged when you receive it, please contact us for a refund.

Because our tallow is an all-natural product, it is temperature sensitive. Please keep this in mind when ordering and tracking your order. No returns will be made for frozen or melted products.  We are happy to answer any questions prior to ordering.
